Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Nicholas Holland.
Two warrants have been issued for the 28-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft and theft of a motor car.
Holland is known to frequent the Melbourne or St Helena areas.
He is described as 180cm tall, of medium build and has short brown hair.
Investigators have released an image of Holland in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
