Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Stuart Owen.
The 51-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to bail and harassment offences.
Owen is known to frequent the Portarlington areas.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 180cm tall with a large build and short grey hair.
Investigators have released an image of Stuart in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
