Annual weed spraying is underway at Council reserves and sportsgrounds, continuing through to October.
During work certain areas will be closed off to the public so weeds such as bindii and clover can be sprayed and left to dry. Signs will be in place asking people to stay off the grass, with details of the time, date and herbicide used. Grounds can be used again once signs have been removed.
