It wasn’t a good end for the Swifts senior football home and away game, with a loss to Rupanyup on Saturday. The A Grade netball side had a win and congratulations to Courtney and the girls finishing 4th on the ladder. Both senior teams will play at Kalkee on Sunday, while North Park will host the first of the finals on Saturday when Harrow-Balmoral take on Kalkee in the A Grade Netball and Natimuk United take on Jeparit-Rainbow in the senior football.
A big day of sport for the town with four football games and seven netball games with a lot of different teams playing bringing a lot of people to Stawell for the day. Swifts will have eight sides competing during the final series, good luck to all and also congratulations to Paul Trotter on his 300th game for Rupanyup on Saturday.
