Detectives from the Regional Investigations Unit are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 29-year-old man Jake BLACK, who they believe may be able to assist them with an investigation into a series of incidents across the Perth metropolitan area.
Mr Black is described as fair skinned, about 175cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes. He has distinctive tattoos on his neck, arms and hands. He also has a distinctive mole underneath one of his eyes.
Mr Black is known to frequent the northern suburbs and may be travelling on public transport.
Members of the public are advised not to approach Mr Black as he may behave in an unpredictable manner.
