Kalgoorlie Detectives are seeking information regarding the death of a 49-year-old man who was located deceased at the Mount Charlotte Lookout in Williamstown (Kalgoorlie) yesterday, Saturday 15 January 2022.
About 6:15pm a member of the public called Police and reported the discovery. Police attended the scene and confirmed the man was deceased.
At this time no evidence of criminality has been identified, however the investigation into the cause of the man’s death is ongoing.
Detectives are working to establish the man’s recent movements and would like to hear from anyone who has been at the Mount Charlotte Lookout or surrounding area in recent days, and who may have seen a dark-skinned man wearing dark jeans, a white sleeveless t-shirt with the number ’94’ on the front, and a cream beanie.
