Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Napoleons this evening.
It appears the collision, involving two cars, occurred on Colac-Ballarat Road near Nolans Road on Sunday 4 October about 8.10pm.
Sadly, a female passenger from one of the cars died at the scene.
The male driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital for observation.
The male driver of the other vehicle, and sole occupant, was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The road will be blocked for some time while police process the scene.
