A woman has died and a man has been injured after a single-vehicle crash in the Riverina earlier today.
Emergency services were called to Pattersons Road, Harefield, about 12km south of Junee, after a Hilux utility left the road and hit a tree about 4.45pm (Sunday 31 May 2020).
A 37-year-old woman died at the scene while a 23-year-old man was taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital with suspected chest and arm injuries. Both are from Junee.
Inquiries are continuing by officers attached to the Crash Investigation Unit.
