Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are on scene at a bushfire burning near Woppis Road and Woodgate Road, Woodgate. Crews are working to contain the fire, which is posing no threat to property at this time. Smoke may affect surrounding areas, including the intersection of Woppis and Woodgate Road. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and to conditions. Residents are asked to close windows and doors and if suffering from a respiratory condition, keep medication close by. If residents are concerned their property is under threat they are advised to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
