Monday 24 August 2026 – Woolworths is adding a further 105 products to Lower Shelf Price this week, expanding the range to more than 1,000 everyday products, giving customers dependable, low prices on the items they buy most.
Unlike temporary promotions, Lower Shelf Price offers longer-term reductions on standard shelf prices. The prices of products on Lower Shelf Price are on average 16.4% lower than their previous standard shelf price. For example, on a $150 Lower Shelf Price shop, this would be a reduction of more than $20 compared to the previous standard shelf prices.*
Since launching Lower Shelf Price in May 2025 with 400 products, Woolworths has continued its multi-million dollar investment with this latest range of products.
Woolworths Group CEO, Amanda Bardwell, said: “We know Australian families are looking for dependable, low prices they can count on every week. That’s why we’ve grown Lower Shelf Prices to more than 1,000 everyday products.
“We’ve added core items like mince, chicken and eggs because these are what families rely on for their weekly shop.
