Police are responding to a firearm incident near the intersection of Needham Road and Marauba Close, in Wooroloo.
A significant police presence is in the area, including several specialist units.
Nearby residents are advised to remain indoors, and keep their doors locked.
Any suspicious activity should be reported to police immediately on 000.
