Changed traffic conditions will be in place at the Spence Street Administration Building when Council starts steel maintenance works on the exterior today.
The maintenance works will be conducted in two stages, with the first stage set to finish by 22 December 2023.
During this period, the following areas of the building will be affected:
- No access to the northern and western sides of the building, including the main entry to customer service.
- Access to the main reception and civic reception rooms will be redirected through the courtyard entrances, clearly marked by signage. Please note that all short-term parking on the northern side of the building will be temporarily unavailable.
- Parking for deliveries is available on the eastern side of the building, near the rear courtyard entrance.
- Road closures on the northern side of the building will be in place as required.
