Wounding investigation in Bridgeman Downs, QLD

Police are investigating following an alleged wounding that occurred in Bridgeman Downs this morning, January 18.

At approxmately 3.30am, police were called to a location near Beckett Rd and Darien Street following reports of an altercation involving three men.

Upon arrival, police located a man in his 30s with serious wounds to his back and abdomen. He was transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a serious condition.

A man in his 60s and a man in his 20s sustained minor injuries and were transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in stable conditions.

The three people involved are known to each other.

A crime scene has been declared and investigations are underway.
