2022 CDPP Partner Agency Survey

The CDPP recently received an overall satisfaction score of 86 per cent from its biennial 2022 Partner Agency Survey.

This figure, a key performance measure for the organisation, is just four percentage points from the ambitious target of 90 per cent outlined in more detail in the recently published 2022-26 Corporate Plan.

As Australia’s federal prosecution service, the CDPP has interactions with a range of federal and state agencies who seek our advice and assistance or who refer briefs of evidence to us for consideration of prosecution.

The biennial CDPP Partner Agency Survey helps to ensure our organisation continues to deliver responsive and timely legal services and provides high quality advice and support to our partner agencies. We welcome the valuable service ratings and feedback the survey results provide.

The largest responses this year were from the Australian Federal Police, Department of Human Services and state and territory police.

The CDPP will now analyse the results from the survey to identify areas where we can continue to improve as we work with more than 70 partner agencies to deliver prosecution services in every criminal jurisdiction across Australia.
