Our Melbourne Registry is open during our regular business hours (from 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays, excluding public holidays) for those people who need to access our services in person.
If you visit the registry, you will be required to comply with COVID safe measures, including wearing a face mask, checking in using the Service VIC QR code, and social distancing.
While the Melbourne Registry is open to visitors, many of the services you need to access are available online, by phone or by mail. We encourage you to continue to use our remote services where possible, to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
You can use our online services to:
- Lodge a new application (preferred method of lodgement)
- Submit a document for any case that has already been lodged with the AAT
- Email us about your new or existing application
- Send a general enquiry
- Provide feedback including compliments, complaints and suggestions
