The Australian Border Force is responsible for the Customs Act, contraband, and for the Migration Act, for making sure that people that arrive at Australia have got a visa that allows them to do so.
The ABF completed all customs and immigration related clearances.
Further to reports today relating to the Al Kuwait, the ABF received no reports of illness on board the vessel on the day of or prior to its arrival in port.
