As the ACCC will have limited operations during the Christmas and New Year period, we wanted to provide you with details of arrangements over the break.
ACCC offices: Our offices will be closed from 12 pm, Friday 24 December 2021 until 9.00am, Tuesday, 4 January 2022. However, given COVID-19 conditions in several states, appointments are currently needed and arrangements should be made before attending one of our offices.
Infocentre: The Infocentre phone lines will be closed from midday, Friday, 24 December 2021 and will reopen on Tuesday, 4 January 2022. Consumers and small businesses who would like to make a report to the Infocentre are encouraged to submit a web form.

Product safety: Mandatory reports on product safety injury reports and recall notifications can be made via the Product Safety website.
