Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Adam Powell.
The 43-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to deception and bail offences.
Powell is described as 174cm tall, and of medium build with fair hair.
Investigators have released an image of Powell in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Mernda, Doreen, Northcote, and Melbourne CBD areas.
