Police have concluded an investigation into an incident in the Adelaide CBD this week.
On Saturday 28 February, police received a report that a public artwork had been damaged and removed from an Adelaide CBD building.
Following an investigation by Eastern District detectives, police have established that the artwork was removed lawfully from the building to which it was affixed and that no criminal offences have occurred.
The art installation was removed because it had been installed by one building owner without the required written consent or approval of the remaining building owners. The owner agreed the installation could be removed and undertook to cover the costs of doing so.
