Monash City Council gives notice that at a meeting of Council on 29 June 2021, it adopted an amended Road Management Plan in accordance with the Road Management Act 2004 (Act) and the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016 (Regulations).
The amended Road Management Plan is to take effect from 31 July 2021 and applies to all roads listed in the Monash Register of Public Roads.
