A senior AFP employee has received a Court Attendance Notice after they were involved in a single vehicle collision yesterday (17 November, 2023) and returned a ‘Level 3’ alcohol concentration reading.
The AFP employee will appear in an ACT Court on 19 March, 2024.
The AFP employee has been stood down from duties.
