An AFP employee will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court on 2 September, 2025, charged with:
- One count of attempt sexual intercourse without consent, contrary to section 54(1) of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT), by virtue of section 44 of the Criminal Code 2002 (ACT); and
- One count of sexual intercourse without consent, contrary to section 54(1) of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT).
The member has been suspended from duty.
