Kiama Council
Kiama Council has signed the contract for the sale of its Akuna Street properties to Level 33 Property Group.
Level 33 Property Group has advised they will be in a position to exchange contracts on 14 October, with settlement of the sale 42 days from that date.
Kiama Council will release the details of the sale, including the sale price, once settlement has occurred.
