Allens has advised InVivo Group, KKR and other co-investors in Malteries Soufflet on its acquisition of ASX-listed, and fourth largest maltster globally, United Malt Group by way of scheme of arrangement.
The transaction was signed in July 2023 and completed on 15 November 2023, following receipt of various regulatory approvals in Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Austria and Ukraine.
