Allens invests in digital skills with new learning program

Allens has today launched its next step in innovation, a new firmwide digital literacy program. The program, called Future Fluent Passport, is focused on advancing the digital skills of Allens’ lawyers and business teams to drive greater efficiency and value for the firm’s clients, and to equip its workforce for the future.

The Future Fluent Passport learning program is being rolled out to everyone across Allens to equip them with the skills and confidence to effectively apply emerging technologies, including AI. The program builds on years of investment and focus on innovation and comprises a series of tailored learning materials covering topics such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, automation, and digital ethics.

‘Technology continues to transform how we deliver legal services to our clients. This program is designed to keep our people capable and confident in using emerging technologies to enhance our service to clients and to keep innovating in everything we do,’ said Managing Partner Richard Spurio.

‘Allens has long been at the forefront of technological advancements that enhance the way we work and elevate the services and value we provide to our clients. This program is an important step in our journey and will ensure that we are making the most of the opportunities that new technologies present for our clients and our firm. While new technologies offer incredible potential and benefits, we’ve learned that it is the combination of technology, digital capabilities, human judgment, experience and interpersonal skills that allow our people to deliver on that potential,’ Chief Innovation and Legal Solutions Officer Lisa Kozaris added.
