A drink and drug driver was picked up by Greensborough Highway Patrol after bumping into the back of a stationary police car in Bundoora last night.
The unmarked police car was stopped at a red light, at the intersection of Plenty and Settlements roads, when it was nudged from behind by a car about 9.45pm.
The 51-year-old driver returned a positive preliminary breath test before she furnished an evidentiary breath test of 0.122.
She also returned a positive oral fluid test for cannabis.
It is expected the Reservoir woman will be charged in relation to drink and drug driving and careless driving.
No one was injured and the cars received only minor damage.
