Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing teenage girl from Sydney’s south west.
Katya Elali, aged 13, was last seen on Wilson Road, Hinchinbrook, about 9pm yesterday (Wednesday 9 September 2026).
Unable to be located or contacted since, Katya was reported missing to officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare, due to her age.
Katya is described as being of Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern appearance, 160-170cm tall, of slim build.
She was last seen wearing black ‘Elite 11’ tracksuit pants, a grey ‘Everlast’ jumper, beige headscarf, and silver ‘Nike’ shoes.
Katya is known to utilise public transport and frequents the Liverpool and surrounding areas.
