Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney’s Blue Mountains.
Evan Geutjes, aged 14, was last seen in Mount Riverview at about 7.30am yesterday (Monday 7 September 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Evan’s welfare due to his young age.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, of slim build, and with short black hair.
Evan was last seen wearing a navy jumper, long denim shorts, black and green boots, and was carrying a black backpack.
He is known to frequent the Mount Riverview, Blaxland, Ryde, Drummoyne, and Westmead areas.
