Appeal to locate woman missing from state’s South Coast

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Bega area.

Gladys Fletcher, aged 83, was last seen leaving a club on Gipps Street, Bega, about 3.30pm today (Sunday 21 May 2023).

When she failed to return home and could not be located, officers attached to South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare.

Gladys is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with medium build, and blonde dyed hair in a bob style.

She was last seen wearing a grey jacket with black pants, and was carrying a black handbag.
