The City of Ballarat has received an application for a 306-lot subdivision on Tait Street, Bonshaw.
It is a very standard residential subdivision of land in the Ballarat west growth area.
There have been a number of subdivisions already on Tait Street and along Carngham Road and Greenhalghs Road.
There have been applications for 500-600 lot subdivisions over the past five years.
