Do you operate across multiple jurisdictions?NDS Organisational Members are invited to apply to be recognised as a voting member in more than one State or Territory Division of NDS, providing greater opportunities for state-level participation and engagement for single entity organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions. If you have previously applied, you do not need to apply again.This change, reflected in the NDS Board’s amendments to By-Laws No 2 and No 3, responds to a growing number of multi-jurisdictional Organisational Members who were previously limited to participation in one State or Territory Committee.Applications for multi-state voting rights must be made to the NDS Membership team and include evidence that the organisation operates in and has a material presence in each of the states or territories encompassed by the application. Members seeking approval prior to the 2019 State/Territory Divisional Committee Elections will need to submit their application to NDS by Friday, 24 May 2019 by completing the required application form.
