Are unions calling off industrial action?

Despite being asked to do so every day since announcing their disruptive strikes, the Australian Education Union still hasn’t called off their disruptive strike action.

If the AEU don’t want schools to close, they would have called off their strikes by now.

They still have the opportunity to call off their strikes and prevent their industrial action closing schools and disrupting families across Tasmania.

We have outlined an improved wage offer to public servants which will provide a seven per cent pay rise over three years.

It’s time the unions ditched their ploy to drag this deal out until as close to the Federal election as they possibly can.
