Armadale Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Armadale last night, Saturday 24 December 2022, which left a man seriously injured.
About 9:50pm, St John WA requested police assistance at the corner of Seventh Road and Gribble Avenue in relation to a disturbance and a report that a man had been injured.
Upon arrival at the scene two men were located with injuries.
A 36-year-old man had an injury consistent with a stab wound to his upper body. He was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital, where it was confirmed he had serious internal injuries and would require emergency surgery today.
A 30-year-old man had a minor laceration injury to his head. He was taken by St John WA to Armadale Hospital. The man has not made a complaint and it is not yet confirmed how he came to be injured.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
