Police have released CCTV footage as part of an ongoing investigation into an armed robbery at East Ipswich on 24 June.
Around 6.45pm an unknown man entered a convenience store on Jacaranda Street and threatened a 44-year-old female employee with a metal bar demanding money.
After handing over a sum of cash the offender left the store and was last seen walking east along Jacaranda Street.
The staff member was not physically injured.
The man police wish to speak to is described as Caucasian in appearance and was wearing light coloured pants, a blue coloured t-shirt and dark coloured shoes and had his face covered. (pictured in CCTV footage)
Police are appealing to anyone who may know the man’s identity or may have relevant CCTV or dashcam vision around the time of the incident to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
