Global law firm Ashurst has advised Equitix on the refinancing of two of its funds comprising of infrastructure investments across the transport, healthcare, education, social housing, waste, onshore wind and transmission sectors in the UK and Europe.
Following a competition across the bank and PP market, Macquarie Asset Management was selected as sole lender providing facilities separately into each Fund, in both RPI and SONIA format.
The Ashurst team was led by finance partner Paddy Boyle, and funds partner Nick Goddard, supported by senior associate Lindsey Bouchara and associates Ben Pearson, Kamila Saatova, Emma Turner and Laura Birkinshaw-Miller.
