Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Ara Partners on acquisition of majority interest in Bryden Wood

Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Ara Partners, a global private equity and infrastructure firm focused on decarbonising the industrial economy, on the acquisition of a majority interest in Bryden Wood, a strategy and integrated design consultancy.

Bryden Wood is a founder-led strategy and design consultancy that specialises in integrated project design for high-value, critical infrastructure. It provides high-end engineering, architecture, and industrial process design services primarily for data centre developers and hyper-scalers and the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Bryden Wood has subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Italy and Greece with more than 300 employees.

The Ashurst Perkins Coie team was led by corporate partners Dallan Pitman and Amy Barker, supported by counsel Andrew Briggs, associates Ellie Wilson, Lucy Garrett and Aoife Weir.
