Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie is advising Goldman Sachs International on the £1 billion takeover of Gamma Communications plc by Bradbury Bidco Limited, owned indirectly by funds managed by Epiris. Gamma Communications plc is a leading European provider of business-critical communications technology. Its extensive channel partner network connects major technology vendors with hundreds of thousands of SMEs, and it deals directly with large corporates and the public sector.
