Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised HSBC Innovation Bank on the ARR financing used in part to fund Resurgen’s acquisition of Qarma ApS.
Qarma is a Danish software company with offices across Europe, Asia and North America. The company provides an AI-driven compliance platform that digitises quality control and supply chain management.
The Ashurst Perkins Coie team was led by partner Nicholas Jupp. He was supported by senior associate Kalin Ivanov, associate Kelsey Reid-Jones and trainee Tara Khanna. New York based partner Joe Giannini assisted on US related matters.
