Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Lynxcap Investments AG on its acquisition of a portfolio of Spanish real estate secured claims, including non-performing loans secured by real estate, from one of the largest commercial banks in Spain. The firm also advised Lynxcap on the English law financing of the acquisition.
