Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie announces the appointment of Henry Stewart as partner in the Projects, Energy, Environment and Resources practice, based in London, as the firm builds out its European energy offering.
Henry has built a career advising on finance, commercial and corporate matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on project finance, project finance restructuring and holdco debt. His practice spans the UK and Continental Europe and he has notably advised on a large number of landmark energy transition transactions, including across renewable energy, gas and storage.
