The December 2023 edition of ASQA IQ – Integrity and Quality in Focus is out now.
This month we focus on pre-enrolment and enrolment practices. We look at the importance of:
- ensuring students can make informed decisions about enrolment
- establishing that a course will meet students’ needs and is suitable for them through LLND testing
- recognising students’ existing skills and knowledge through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT)
- providers’ obligation to maintain financial viability and protect prepaid fees to enable refunds where necessary
- provider obligations for written agreements with education agents.
