The Australian Defence Force brigade who has been based in Bombala to assist with the bush fire recovery process will hold a community meet and greet session on Wednesday.
Army equipment will be on display, and there will be opportunities for locals to chat with ADF personnel between 12pm – 3pm at the Bombala Showground.
Local school children have been invited to see the equipment and meet the Deputy Brigade Commander who will be arriving at 2pm. All those involved with the firefighting effort and recovery process are encouraged to attend.
