The Ballarat is Open consultation process has resulted in the preparation of the Ballarat Prosperity Framework.
This is not a strategy but a statement of our community’s future aspirations and identity. It therefore does not have tourism targets. This will be an output of the Traveller Experience Plan that is now out for tender.
City of Ballarat officers are currently reviewing the draft framework and will provide information in due course.
