Multiple Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are currently on scene at a grass fire burning in grass land north of Enterprise Drive in the vicinity of the Mount Lindesay Highway, Beaudesert. The fire is posing no threat to property at this time. The fire has been contained. Traffic restrictions are in place on the Mount Lindesay Highway in the vicinity of the fire due to smoke. Motorists in the area should drive with caution and to conditions. Nearby residents may also be affected by smoke. Residents are asked to close windows and doors and if suffering from a respiratory condition, keep medications close by. If residents are concerned their property is under threat they are advised to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
