Beckenham Serious Crash

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Beckenham on Monday 11 September 2023.
About 7.05am, a Kenworth truck was being driven north-east on Roe Highway. At the same time, a Holden Commodore wagon was being driven in the same direction, on the same road. The two vehicles were involved in a crash about 400m south-east of the Spencer Road overpass.
The impact of the crash resulted in four other vehicles being struck and damaged. Those vehicles were a Holden Trax, a Hyundai Tucson, a Mitsubishi Outlander and a Toyota RAV4.
The 26-year-old driver of the Holden Commodore was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John WA for treatment of serious injuries received in the crash.
No other serious injuries were reported.
