Judy Nunn, one of Australia’s most popular authors, will present the talk to celebrate the release of her latest novel, Showtime. In 2015 Judy was made a Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to the performing arts as a scriptwriter, actor of stage and screen, and to literature as an author. Her first three novels, The Glitter Game, Centre Stage, and Araluen, set respectively in the worlds of television, theatre, and film, became instant bestsellers. She has since developed a passion for writing Australian historically based fiction and has sold more than a million books in Australia alone.
