We will be doing some maintenance and repair work to the stone wall behind the promenade path in Black Rock between the B16 ramp and the Second Street ramp. The works are to replace about 150 missing stones as shown in the picture.
Safety fencing will be installed and a small works compound will be set up in the car park for the duration of the works. The works compound will take up approximately two car spaces. The works are expected to take approximately four weeks.
The promenade path will remain open and access to the beach maintained via the ramps. No work is being done to the sea wall.
