ALERT LEVEL: Planned Burn Advice – Firefighters are managing the burn but visibility may be affected.

STATUS: PLANNED BURN – A planned burn will begin at approx 3pm today.
RISKS FACED BY PEOPLE IN THE AREA: Smoke from this fire may affect visibility, Active fire may occur close to the roadside, Firefighting crews may be working close to the roadside.
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: Milne Volunteer Bushfire Brigade will be conducting a planned burn on the road verge Fogg Bay Road, between Haven and Harcastle Roads Bynoe. The operation will commence approx 15:00 hrs. It is expected that the fire will smoulder overnight.
IT IS EXPECTED THIS SITUATION MAY CONTINUE UNTIL: 07/07/2025 10:00 hours
