Call for information – Aggravated robbery – Bellamack

Northern Territory Police are calling for information relating to an aggravated robbery in Bellamack this morning.

Just after 2:00am, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received a report that 2 offenders had used a firearm to unlawfully enter a residential premises along Eucharia Street.

It is alleged that the offenders threatened the victims with the firearm, before assaulting the male with an edged weapon causing a laceration.

The offenders then ransacked the residence, before stealing personal belongings.

Palmerston General Duties members attended the location, and a crime scene was established.

It is alleged that another round was discharged inside the residence, before offenders fled.

The male victim was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment.

It is believed that one of the offenders is known by the victim.
