Council is inviting contractors to apply to join a new trades panel through the online VendorPanel procurement platform from 5pm Wednesday 17 June 2026.
Approved applicants will join Council’s panel of preferred Council suppliers and gain access to more opportunities for contract work across the Snowy Monaro.
The new panel makes procurement more efficient for Council, more cost effective for ratepayers, and participating businesses are more easily able to bid for work with less administrative overhead.
Panel members will undergo a comprehensive assessment and establishment process, with approved businesses eligible for a range of contract opportunities that are unsuitable to be filled through the usual tender or expression of interest processes.
Applications are open to all Australian trades contractors regardless of location or size.
All businesses seeking contract work with Council are required to register for a free account on the VendorPanel procurement platform. Council tenders, expressions of interest, and the new trades panel are all managed exclusively through VendorPanel.

- Visit www.vendorpanel.com.au and login or sign up for a free supplier account
- Search for ‘VP 513223’ or ‘Snowy Monaro Regional Council Trades Panel’
- Download the documentation and follow the steps in the submission guide
- Lodge your tender submission via VendorPanel when applications open
Applications open from 5pm Wednesday 17 June 2026 to 5pm Wednesday 5 August 2026.
All current Council panels end on Tuesday 30 June 2026. Existing panel members must reapply through VendorPanel.
